Wiwax Cleaning & Maintenance Emulsion is a unique blend of waxes, polymers and detergents to effectively clean and maintain rubber as well as linoleum, asphalt, marble, stone, concrete and slate flooring. It delivers a clean floor with a shiny appearance. This integral part of a comprehensive floor care program for cleaning, stripping and sealing rubber floors provides protection when used on a regular basis. Varied ratios include 1:1, 1:10, 1:32, 1:64 and 1:128. Arched handle on bottle allows easy pouring. |

Automatic Scrubbing Machines<br /> 1. Dust mop or sweep. 2. Blockade areas to be cleaned. Floors will be very slippery until dry. 3. Add four (4) oz. per gallon (30mL per liter) of this product to lukewarm water. Scrub floor with product. Trail mop excessive wet areas behind scrubber. Do not rinse floor after cleaning. 4. Let floor dry completely Mop and Bucket Cleaning <br /> 1. Dust mop or sweep. 2. Blockade areas to be cleaned. Floors will be very slippery until dry. 3. Add two (2) oz. per gallon (15 mL per liter) of this product to lukewarm water. Mop floor clean with this product. Pick up soil and excess cleaner with a tightly wrung-out cleaning mop. Do not rinse floor after cleaning. 4. Let floor dry completely. Stone/Concrete Floor Daily cleaning (Automatic Scrubbing Machine): <br /> 1. Dust mop or sweep floor. 2. Blockade areas to be cleaned. Floors will be very slippery until dry. 3. Add (1) oz. per gallon of this product to warm water. Scrub floor with product and Twister™ Intellipad®. Trail mop excessive wet areas behind scrubber. Do not rinse floor after cleaning. 4. Let floor dry completely. Stone/Concrete Floor Rejuvenation (Mop and Bucket method): <br /> 1. Dust mop or sweep floor. 2. Blockade areas to be cleaned. Floors will be very slippery until dry. 3. Clean floor with a neutral floor cleaner according to label directions. 4.Add thirteen (13) oz. per gallon (101 mL per liter) of this product to lukewarm water. Pick up soil and excess cleaner with a tightly wrung-out cleaning mop. Do not rinse floor after cleaning. 5. Let air dry. 6. For optimal gloss, burnish the floor with Twister™ Intellipad®. Stone/Concrete Restoration: <br /> 1. Dust mop or sweep floor. 2. Blockade areas to be cleaned. Floors will be very slippery until dry. 3. Clean floor with a neutral floor cleaner according to label directions. 4. Dilute this product with lukewarm water at a 1:1 dilution ratio. Apply up to 2 coats using a string mop or flat mop until desired shine is achieved. Be sure to evenly cover the entire floor. Do not rinse floor after cleaning. 5. Let air dry. 6. For optimal gloss, burnish the floor with Twister™ Intellipad®. Best Results<br /> Do not use on surfaces colder than 50°F/10°C To avoid contamination, do not return unused product to original container. Note: Floors will be slippery when wet or contaminated with foreign materials. Promptly clean-up spills and foreign materials. Not intended for use in outdoor areas. Meets ASTM D-2047 requirements for slip resistance. Rubber Floors: For optimum appearance, alternate use of this product at standard dilution and ProfiTM/MC Degreaser once desired shine is achieved. On heavily worn rubber floors apply up to three coats of WiwaxTM/MC emulsion cleaner using the mop and bucket cleaning instructions with a 1:1 dilution ratio until desired shine is achieved. If high gloss is desired, apply instead, three coats of Carefree Floor Finish. |
